Return policy

- Return of items in store: FREE

Go to the store with your invoice and the card used during the purchase. We will refund you in full.

* Note: In the event that you cannot present the invoice, we will send by post a gift card for the amount to be reimbursed.

- FREE return by mail:

• On a copy of the invoice, circle the item(s) to be returned, their quantity and the reason for the return.
• Pack and seal the package properly.
• Affix the Canada Post return label (in the original box) to the package. Make sure no other address is on the package.
• Drop off the package at the Canada Post office nearest you.

* Note: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
